Receive Confirmation Within 24 Hours
Our team will respond within 24 hours confirming whether the return is approved and provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) along with clear packing and shipping instructions.

Pack & Return the Product
Pack securely in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty card, and invoice. Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the package. For large items (grills, ovens, stand mixers) our team will arrange a pickup from your address β€” you do not need to visit a courier yourself.

Refund or Replacement Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it is done.
