Our Commitment

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement. Every product we sell is 100% genuine, sourced from authorized distributors, and covered by full manufacturer warranty.

Return Window

  • KitchenAid, Weber, Napoleon, Coleman, Campingaz, Contigo, LifeStraw: 7 days from delivery date
  • Unox Commercial Ovens: 48 hours from delivery — damaged or defective on arrival only, photos required
  • Damaged or wrong items (all products): Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Condition Required for Returns

All returned items must be: unused and uninstalled, in original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, manuals, warranty card, and original invoice included.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email qrforlife@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 99865 51036 within the return window with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product and packaging.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging and write your RAN on the outside. For large items, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Methods & Timeline

  • UPI / GPay / PhonePe: 2–3 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: 5–7 business days (bank transfer)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Items returned after the applicable return window
  • Opened consumables, replacement parts, or used accessories
  • Products with missing packaging, accessories, manuals, or warranty cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund with no charges. Contact us immediately at qrforlife@gmail.com or +91 89713 08067 with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — initiate a return after delivery.
