For large and heavy items β KitchenAid stand mixers, Weber grills, Napoleon
grills, and Unox commercial ovens. Our team will call you to confirm a
convenient delivery date and time slot. Someone must be present to receive
and inspect the item at the time of delivery.

What Happens After You Place Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful
payment. This will include your order number, items ordered, and estimated
dispatch date. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 10 minutes.

Order Packed & Quality Checked
Our team picks, inspects, and packs your order within 1β3 business days.
All products are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent
damage in transit. Large items are packed in reinforced boxes.

Dispatched β Tracking Shared
Once handed to our courier partner, you will receive your AWB (tracking)
number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your
shipment in real time on the courier's website. For large appliance orders,
our team will also call you to confirm the delivery schedule.

Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it
β ask the courier to return it and contact us immediately at

Once accepted and signed for, the delivery is considered complete.

Delays & Exceptions
When Delivery Takes Longer
While we always aim to deliver within the timelines stated, certain situations
can cause delays outside our control. These include:

Damaged in Transit
