We Assess & Register the Claim
Our team will review the details within 24 hours and
confirm whether the issue falls under warranty coverage. We will then
register the claim with the brand's authorized service network on your behalf.

Product Sent to Service Centre
Depending on the brand and product, the service centre may collect the
product from your address, or we will arrange for it to be shipped to
the nearest authorized service centre. We coordinate everything β
you simply hand over the product when requested.

Repaired or Replaced & Returned to You
Once the service centre completes the repair or replacement, the product
will be delivered back to you. We will keep you updated at every step
and follow up with the service centre to ensure timely resolution.
Out of Warranty
Product Out of Warranty? We Still Help.
Even if your product's warranty period has expired, QR4Life can still assist
you in getting it repaired through the brand's paid service network.
